Consisting of a series of physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama) & concentration techniques (dharana) promoting balance & harmony into your daily life

Helping to improve posture, spinal alignment, flexibility, stamina, balance & core strength

It can be used to treat specific problems eg chronic fatigue, back & neck pain, sleep disorders, muscle/ joint aches, digestive issues, nerve related problems & pre/postnatal health.

Mindfulness techniques help to promote the mind & body connection.
