Suitable for those with muscular & joint issues

Create a peaceful, calm environment for your practice.
Switch off the phone for peace and quiet.
Have your required support / blocks / blankets available for use.
Provide space for movement / stretching & remove any obstacles.

How it Works

You can sign up for one, two or all three classes throughout the week
An email with the zoom link will be sent to you after receipt of payment
You will need to download zoom if you do not already have it
 All participants should leave their camera on during the class so I can see you at all times
Please have the microphone on mute during the class to avoid background noise
